BRUSHWOOD COTTAGE

Brushwood cottage is a comfortably renovated, older style 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Sleeping arrangements comprise of 1 queen, 1 double and 4 single beds, comfortably sleeping 8. Great for two couples, or two families or one big family! As well as the huge kitchen, it has a spacious living / dining area, barbecue, TV and DVD to keep the kids occupied and a cosy wood fire for cold nights. Perfect for inexpensive holidays for bigger family groups. Christmas and Easter Holidays - three night minimum booking.


MOTEL UNITS

Our motel units all have dust-free polished timber floors, warm pine furniture, comfortable beds, TV and ensuite as standard. Most also feature a kitchenette, allowing you to cook simple meals.
Ground floor units each have a private external relaxation area, perfect to sit with a morning coffee or a red wine in the afternoon, watching the birds frolic in the gardens. Upper units open onto a wide, spacious balcony, ideal for socialising. You'll often spy a kangaroo grazing peacefully across the way.

 


COUNTRY UNITS

Our country units are a bit different from the ordinary. Imagine an ensuite bathroom with a clear roof! No-one can see in, but you can look at the tree-tops while showering. Fantastic water views through the tall karri trees. If you have a big group, get a discount for all 6 rooms and party together in the large common room (with full kitchen). All units have ensuites, fridge, TV, tea/coffee, toaster etc. Most have a double and single bed.

BUSES & GROUP BOOKINGS

Terms and Conditions

 A minimum deposit equal to one standard day's rental is required.

Bookings for the Easter Long Weekend, School Holidays and Christmas Period (23/12 - 6/1)
A deposit of 50% of the total booking value will be required.
a) Should such a booking be cancelled with greater than 14 calendar days notification, then a cancellation fee of $30 will be incurred.
b) Should such a booking be cancelled with 14 calendar days or less notification, then a cancellation fee equal to the 50% booking deposit shall apply.

All Other Bookings
All cancellations with greater than 48 hours notification will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
a) Cancellation of single night bookings, with 48 hours or less notification, will incur a cancellation fee equal to one standard days rental for the unit booked.
b) Cancellation of bookings of more than one night, with 48 hours or less notification, will incur a cancellation fee equal to two standard days rental for the unit booked.
